What is the difference between a food sensitivity and a food allergy?
Simply put, a food allergy is immediate, can be severe or life threatening and food sensitivity or food intolerance is usually less serious and often limited to the digestive system.
What causes people to be sensitive to certain foods?
This usually centers around the digestive system (our guts) and since our guts are our "second brain" STRESS could be a factor.
